Ka hui laulima is the Hawaiian expression for the many hands that come together to get a task done, and Kamoauli has indeed involved many hands in bringing her to Hawaii and preparing her for her mission to serve as a platform to educate and perpetuate indigenous Hawaiian culture. What started out as a crazy idea on a napkin at a restaurant between three men in 2017, has turned into an amazing and eventful journey that has involved many different people from all ages and walks of life who came together to fulfill the mission of Kamoauli in Hawaii. Many people and organizations have donated time, labor, support, knowledge, experience and goodwill to get to where we are today. The owners and crew would like to recognize the people and groups who have all played a part in making Kamoauli's ongoing voyage possible!
